CLIENT
Polish company providing a sales process automation, developing a service that allows their customers to place an order for merchandises from the contractors.
CHALLENGE
Redesign of an existing application containing massive amounts of unstructured and unorganised data. The project of the service must have been prepared in user-friendly way as it would be used by wide group of users between 25-65 years old.
BUSINESS GOAL
Due to risks caused by corona virus, employees that were responsible for placing orders for the shop owners stopped working. In order to avoid contact between people my customer wanted to allow entrepreneurs to place the orders themselves.
SOLUTION
Each step of placing an order was designed. In order to keep the screens clear and readable I split the process in few steps. Clients have access to thousands of items that can be filtered by word, groups, categories, brands and favourites. To quickly move on to product implementation together with software developers we decided to use components from Angular Material library.
