CLIENT
In order to complete my B.Sc. of Information Technology as a graduation project I created a web application for a long term rental management.
CHALLENGE
One of the most challenging was preparing the application to be user-friendly for a wide group of customers between the age of 20 to 70. Another significant problem to solve was designing a search engine including many ways of filtration so that the results meet the requirements of the person searching for the offer.
BUSINESS GOAL
Rental market is very popular nowadays. People rent rooms, apartments and houses. There are many services that allows users to search an offer and contact the person that is responsible for the rental process. However, it leaves a huge space to automatize the whole process from end to end. There is no complex solution for the real estate seekers and the owners. On the one hand the possibility of browsing offers and on the other hand the rental management and support of the entire process.
SOLUTION
The primary task of the web application is to find a specific apartment as well as to provide secure rental through a system of tenants' and landlords' assessments and recommendations. Another features are enabling convenient payment service and contract conclusion. The rental process can be handled entirely by the application without the participation of an intermediary connecting the tenant with the landlord.
